Les semelles GainCM associent une surface pleine longueur à un talon modulaire noir et rouge. Les couches amovibles permettent d’ajuster progressivement la hauteur tout en gardant le produit à l’intérieur de la chaussure.

The modular system allows you to go from 3 cm to 4.5 cm then to 6 cm. Start with the low configuration and only increase if your shoe maintains good support.

The red window marks the cushion area under the heel. Around it, the black layers stack to adjust the height while maintaining a discreet line in the shoe.

FAQs
Before choosing.
Do all three heights fit in all shoes?
No. The higher the configuration, the more volume and support the shoe must offer. Chunky sneakers and ankle boots are generally more suited to higher levels.
Does the product replace the original sole?
When the shoe has a removable insole, removing it can free up space. Always check that the foot remains stable and comfortable.
What does the pack contain?
A pair of GainCM adjustable heightening insoles with its layers, a black carrying bag and the GainCM e-book.
How to get used to height?
Start with 3 cm for short periods. Gradually increase and return to a lower height if walking or holding feels unnatural.
