GainCM insoles combine a full-length surface with a modular black and red heel. Removable layers allow for gradual height adjustment while keeping the product inside the shoe.

Before choosing.
Do all three heights fit in all shoes?
No. The higher the configuration, the more volume and support the shoe must offer. Chunky sneakers and ankle boots are generally more suited to higher levels.
La semelle convient-elle à plusieurs pointures ?
Oui. L’avant de la semelle comporte une grille de lignes de coupe multi-pointures. Repérez votre pointure, superposez si possible votre ancienne semelle, puis découpez progressivement aux ciseaux le long du repère correspondant. Testez l’ajustement après chaque coupe et ne coupez jamais la partie rehaussante du talon.
Does the product replace the original sole?
When the shoe has a removable insole, removing it can free up space. Always check that the foot remains stable and comfortable.
